If you contact us via our website contact page your details are automatically stored on our mailing lists. We reserve the right to send you information about our products and services in the future that we think might be relevant to you.

These lists are for our own use only and we do not sell or trade them with any other organisations.

All our bookings on the Harrow Games website are made via our portal page to ClassForKids our online booking platform partners (www.classforkids.co.uk). You are required to give ClassForKids personal details and contact information in order to book events with us. We ask that our customers familiarise themselves with the ClassForKids privacy policy here.

MEDIA POLICY

At various times Harrow Games will take pictures and make videos of events for Promotional, Informational and Coaching purposes. If you do not wish your child’s image to be included in such features, please contact us.

SECURITY

We are committed to ensuring that all information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information we collect.

THE ORGANISATIONS THAT WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

Currently we only share information about our customers with our current bookings partner ClassForKids. If there is a requirement to share information with an outside organisation we will contact our customers beforehand.
