‘Little Shooters’, football for nursery and reception boys and girls

4-5 Year olds

Harrow Games coaches are some of the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring in the business, and are selected because they care about all the children, especially our ‘Little Shooters, aged 4 and 5. They are able to make a connection, build rapport and relate to the very specific needs of this young age group.

Fundamental Skills and Sharing

The Little Shooters sessions introduce children to fundamental ball skills and early match play. Every child is set individual and innovative challenges to ensure they are stretched to achieve their full potential and grow in confidence.

At this age it is very important that children learn to share, take turns and play positively together, building their confidence and ability to make their own decisions.

Every session is meticulously planned and structured in a way which develops children through structured technical drills, disguised learning and having fun.

Benefit of Early Age Learning

The main aim of Little Shooters is to introduce children to football at an early age and to develop their passion and love of the game.

Once children have attended our Little Shooters comprehensive training programme they should be ready to progress to join our after school coaching sessions or even trial for our Harrow United FC Under 6 teams, providing them with the opportunity to play friendly matches against other clubs.
