Cancellations
Any cancellations must be notified in writing and are subject to the following charges. If received up to 21 days prior to the start of booking a full credit will be held by Harrow United for future courses. If received up to 7 days prior to the start of booking a credit less 25% will be held by Harrow United for future courses. No credit will be given after 7 days. Credits will expire after 12 months from the date of cancellation. Missed days cannot be credited or refunded. Credits can only be used to book future Harrow United coaching and are not transferrable to anyone else.
Late Collection
If you persistently collect your child late from training we are legally obligated to inform Children’s Services if a child is still on site and we have not been able to contact the parents/carers. We reserve the right to charge £5 for every five minutes that a child is with us after their training end time, which will be automatically added to your account.
Adverse Weather Conditions
We aim to train throughout the year on our 3G pitches. In extreme conditions to ensure the safety of our children we may have to cancel. These decisions are not taken lightly and would not be subject to a refund.
